I started working for Care At Home Group on the Wirral in Birkenhead Branch this June 2021, after completing the Induction Training, the Care Certificate on the on line training platform and Shadowing Shifts. A senior I shadowed on my second day she was and is amazing and was so very helpful and supportive. Everyone works as part of a team too. The Senior she made me feel part of the team and more confident like everyone and all the collegues/carers i've met and worked alongside in the company, and The Office Staff and my Manager are excellent and helpful at all times. Very professional, understanding and caring too. Our clients and their families are so appreciative and grateful for the Care we provide at The Care At Home Group on the Wirral in Birkenhead Branch when visiting them at their homes. I cant thank the Care Provider Care At Home Group at the Wirral Branch enough for giving myself the opportunity to work for them and help, assist and support our Clients. I joined Care at Home Wirral April 2020 during the Pandemic. I’ve felt nothing but support since the day I became a carer for this company. Care at Home wirral have always supported me every step of the way making me the carer I am today, providing professional and reliable care to all service users. Not only do they support all members of staff but they always go the extra mile for all service users, checking in to ensure they are receiving the care they need and require throughout their time with us. I work as a bank member of staff to supplement my income from my main job. The girls in the office always give me shifts when I ask for them. The clients are lovely. Full uniform and PPE provided and flexible hours to suit me. Would recommend .
I have been with this company since 2019. During this time I have been fully trained and consulted about how to make the work experience better. The company listens to what you say and I have been recognized and rewarded on more than one occasion for my work. A friendly and great place to work.
